Brief.. Allow tower

* I done research about venues and events that happen at Alloa tower, e.g Wedding receptions, parties, meetings etc.

* 3 examples of display and/or storage methods for digital video ? DVD, Video tape, computer.

* I done research on events at Alloa tower, then we went down to the tower and took loads of pictures of it, I done my presentation outside the tower because i didn't manage to do it inside where i had planned :( Robert took out any mistakes I had made and passed it onto Jamie who then edited it a bit more to make it look better, he then put everyones clips onto a dvd and we shall watch it soon :) should be good!

*Ken Feingold -Kenneth Feingold (USA, 1952 - ) is a contemporary American conceptual artist based in New York. He has been exhibiting his work in video, drawing, film, sculpture, and installations since 1974. He has received a Guggenheim Fellowship (2004)[1] and a Rockefeller Foundation Media Arts Fellowship(2003)[2] and has taught at Princeton University and Cooper Union for the Advancement of Art and Science, among others. His works have been shown at the Museum of Modern Art, NY; Centre Georges Pompidou[3][3], Paris; Tate Liverpool[4], the Whitney Museum of American Art[5][6], New York, and many other museums.

*David Hall - David Hall attended Leicester College of Art and the Royal College of Art.[1] During the 1960s he worked as a sculptor and showed his work internationally.[1] He won first prize at the Biennale de Paris in 1965 and took part in other key shows including Primary Structures, New York in 1966 which marked the beginning of Minimalist art. Soon he began working with film and at the beginning of the 1970s turned to video as an art medium.[1]

*Doug Aitken -Doug Aitken was born in Redondo Beach, California in 1968 and currently lives and works in Los Angeles and New York.[1]
Aitken’s body of work ranges from photography, sculpture, and architectural interventions, to films, sound, single and multi-channel video works, and installations.[2] [3] His work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions around the world, in such institutions as the Whitney Museum of American Art, The Museum of Modern Art, and the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris.

The trip to Alloa Tower was goooooood .. :) i was nervous to do my part on talking infront of the camera and when I looked at my speech there was ALOT i could have improved on! i just spoke really fast to get it over and done with! her are some of the pictures i took the day we went down ... Ahhh why is it not letting me upload pictures!!!!!

The class went out into the college garden and had to draw 2 pictures of ANYTHING in the garden, one with just black and white and one with black, white and a colour of out choice.. i enjoyed this :D

Tuesday 18th May

Today I finished my podcast about Interior design and saved it onto big john :D it played infront of the whole class! I still haven't got use to hearing my own voice! haha! anyway at least that is that out the window :D
